Investors

To qualify under this program as an Investor, a business applicant must have qualifying business experience in the last five years, a legally obtained net worth of at least $1,600,000 and be willing to invest $800,000 for a period of 5 years in a Government administered plan, or the option of financing the investment by borrowing from our well-established Fund Manager, a leading Canadian bank.

Self-Employed

The self-employed category is specifically designed for those who are currently earning a living, and able to support themselves, in the areas of athletics, arts and culture, or agriculture. This would include: musicians, artists and performing artists who are prominent in their fields, music teachers, choreographers; in athletics: athletes, coaches; in agriculture: farmers and farm managers. Entrepreneur

The Entrepreneur category is the only conditional Immigrant visa where there are terms and conditions that must be met in order to retain their Permanent Resident Status after landing in Canada. To qualify under this program as an Entrepreneur,  a business applicant must have qualifying business experience in the last five years  and legally obtained net worth of $300,000.  Be willing to invest in a Canadian business (the amount is based on the size of the business), and create employment for at least one Canadian for one year, within one year of landing in Canada.
