The Entrepreneur category is the only conditional Immigrant visa where there are terms and conditions that must be met in order to retain their Permanent Resident Status after landing in Canada. To qualify under this program as an Entrepreneur,  a business applicant must have qualifying business experience in the last five years  and legally obtained net worth of $300,000.  Be willing to invest in a Canadian business (the amount is based on the size of the business), and create employment for at least one Canadian for one year, within one year of landing in Canada.
