Bruce Ferreira-Wells and David LeBlanc are both Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants RCIC – ICCRC, and members of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council. They were formerly members of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants CSIC from its inception in 2005.

As of June 30, 2011 ICCRC became the only regulatory body for immigration consultants. Members in good standing of the previous regulatory body (CSIC) on June 30, 2011 became automatically members of ICCRC. Members of ICCRC are authorized representatives as defined by CIC (see link).
