Camilla Jones is a member of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants. She has been in private practice as an immigration consultant in Toronto since 1995. Her practice primarily concentrates on In Land applications and she specializes in Humanitarian and Compassionate applications. She has an Honours B.A. in Sociology from York University. Prior to opening her consulting business, she was a Manager with the then Department of Employment and Immigration Canada, which later became Citizenship and Immigration Canada. She was active on the Policy and Lobbying Committee of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC). She was a board member of its predecessor organization, the Association of Immigration Consultants of Canada (AICC), dedicating her time to consultant education. She co-founded the Immigration Consultants’ Listserv. She is a co-author of the Immigration Practitioner’s Handbook a legal text book covering key areas of immigration published by Thomson Carswell Canada. She contributes articles on immigration for ImmQuest, a periodical for immigration practitioners.
Max Chaudhary

M. Max Chaudhary has an established immigration law practice including the processing of visas as well as litigating immigration issues at immigration tribunals (such as the Immigration Refugee Board) and the Federal Court of Canada. Some of his cases serve as precedents, and are cited in the Immigration Law Reporter. He has lectured on immigration law matters on behalf of the Association of Immigration Counsel, the Organization of Professional Immigration Consultants, the International Association of Immigration Practitioners, The Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants, The Canadian Bar Association, The Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants, and Seneca College. He has also served as a commentator on immigration matters for the National Post, C.H.R.Y. radio (Toronto), the Canadian Broadcast Corporation (CBC), and The Globe and Mail. Some of his clients have been discussed in The Globe and Mail, National Post, and the Toronto Sun.
Fernando Soto-Vidal
Fernando Soto-Vidal attended Universidad Intercontinental in Mexico City and received his professional title as an Accountant. In 1990 he joined Coopers & Lybrand as an external auditor performing audits with various Fortune 500 corporations. In 1996 he became a Canadian Permanent Resident (Fernando is now a Canadian Citizen) and joined Price Waterhouse Coopers. After 7 years he became a partner and marketing director of an Education School. Four years later he opened his own International Studies Agency with offices in Mexico City and representatives in over 13 states in Mexico.
His firm represents international schools in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver, and he has represented Ferreira-Wells Immigration Services for many years coordinating seminars in Mexico City, Queretaro, Puebla and Toluca, Mexico.
